Daily Duties at Inovis, Inc.:

Responsible for several top tier accounts accounting for $5M annual revenue. Areas of responsibility included Implementation Management, Customer Support, and Customer Relations. Supervised 10 to 15 full time and contract employees; overseeing all aspects of Professional Services supporting the integration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), e-Commerce, and Business-to-Business transactions with ERP Applications Systems. Played a pivotal role in business development; participated proactively in closing Texaco, Samsung, Nokia, Sunsweet, Weyerhaeuser, and National Semiconductor accounts through pre and post sales support. Directed projects to institute client implementation plan for network conversion, data transformation, and client connectivity, which enabled all major assigned accounts to transition to hosted environments. Program Manager: Established new client implementation process included Network conversion, data transformation, and client connectivity. Plan enabled full conversion to hosted environment of several major accounts. Managed details of account/project RFP process and overall internal/external customer satisfaction, from concept to completion; beginning with timely analysis or proposals, estimating, job planning, and delivery of finished goods and services. Effectively communicated and assisted in negotiations (as required) with each account or customer project team utilizing a fact-based approach aimed at optimizing Inovis’ capabilities. Assisted in identifying key contacts and decision makers in all assigned accounts/projects from various industries: Oil & Gas, HealthCare, Manufacturing, Semicondutor, and Retail. Established and maintained productive business building relationships through consistent written, verbal and personal contact with internal and external customers. Business Analysis: Responsible for helping improve business processes and support critical business strategies by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user and development needs. Accountable for management of the overall project roadmap, for end-to-end management of requirements, and for adherence to the software development lifecycle process. Lead testing efforts. Ensured issues were identified, tracked, and reported on, and resolved in timely manner. Worked with client personnel to identify required changes. Communicated needed changes to development team. Assisted in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Took input from Management and appropriately and accurately applied comments/feedback. Communicated and applied project standards.
