Daily Duties at Igloo Products Corp.:

Provided leadership to a 6-member team consisting of EDI Analysts, a Systems Control Specialist, a Vendor Compliance Analyst, and Order Entry Coordinators and a group of consultants; overseeing all aspects of EDI, Order Fulfillment, and Vendor Compliance functions. Program Management: Recruited by CFO to centralize and integrate EDI processes and best business practices with Order Management, following Oracle 11i ERP implementation. Engaged executive team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project path, and transform business objectives into plans. Bolstered productivity and sustained project success with effective management of all operational support programs and processes. Standardized development, documentation, and quality assurance processes. Vendor Compliance: Orchestrated vendor agreements/contracts, reviewed requirements in collaboration with the Legal department, and ensured adherence to compliance regulations. Led productive negotiations, secured advantageous deals, and guided team in proper execution of contract. Investigated, audited, and assessed vendor infractions and performance. Implemented metrics and flow charts to keep track of progress. Business Analysis: Fostered collaboration between Sales, business units, and customers to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements for EDI processes and Oracle Order Management module. Quickly understood the business issues and data challenges of the customer’s organization and industry. Identified the company’s organizations’ strengths and weaknesses and suggested areas of improvement. Reviewed and edited requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Developed functional specifications for customers’ engagements.
