• • Worked as a manager in every retail department available at Home Depot over a thirteen year career • Supervised daily operations of a 100+ employee operation in a 100,000 sq ft warehouse • Answered hundreds of customer service related calls to customers satisfaction • Conducted sales training seminars for groups that averaged twenty attendees • Counseled hourly employees in regards to their monetary reviews • Attended several seminars geared towards management advancement • Mediated employee disputes with department managers • Conducted and monitored HAZ MAT procedures, processes and education • Oversaw and lead bi-annual inventory teams to completion of final shrink reports • Participated and worked closely with Loss Prevention supervisors on team issues
