Daily Duties at At&T Wireless Services:

Assign either contracted system engineer or technician to desktop hardware or software problems in the field. Update Oracle Financials as I was in charge of the purchase of all computers, etc. Check email for management directives. Participate in conference calls and other meetings as required. Work with vendors who provided computer purchases and service for the desktop environment.
