Daily Duties at Varian Semiconductor Equipment :
Prepare budgets and projects manage capital improvement projects for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems in a manufacturing facility that operates 24/7. Manages DDC systems for energy management, tracking and trending of central chilled water plant, central heating plant, HVAC systems and power generation. Consult with and supervises engineering consultants, electrical and mechanical contractors. Supervises in house trades to maintain operation of plant 24/7. Commissioned completion and startup of HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems.
