Directed the development of the company’s Professional & Business Consulting practice. Engineered the compliance of the operation’s PS/BCS in Kuwait with IBM worldwide practices whilst expertly tailoring local practices to reflect Kuwaiti culture and the local business culture. Drove the expansion of the department’s focus and capabilities and eliminated or mitigated internal and external risk factors. Elevated the business process management and business improvement environment and ensured that policies and processes were continually and effectively implemented, monitored, and enhanced. Introduced clear and measurable Key Performance indicators (KPIs). Recalibrated operations from an IT oriented culture to a client-centric focus.
