Daily Duties at Temenos:

Managed 20 system implementations consultants and supervised all IT aspects of numerous banking projects in the MENA region. Direct the implementation of the company’s T24 core- banking solution plus all support systems interfacing with the T24. This included, Asset Management, Treasury, Internet Banking, Risk Management, Corporate & Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Business Intelligence, Islamic Banking, Private Banking, CRM, Private Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Valuations, Compliance, Relationship Management, Order Management, Products & Instruments, Back-office Support, Operational Services, Support Services. In addition I was the head of Management Consulting for the MENA region whereby we re-engineered the process of banks to be more effective before the deployment of the Banking Solutions. • Turned around a seriously failing program consisting of 7 projects by implementing stringent governance, introducing proper management methodology, and optimising the involvement of the client IT group. These measures resulted in a profitable outcome and the transformation of a dissatisfied client into an appreciative customer. • Extensive experience with release management, configuration and quality assurance.
