Daily Duties at United Parcel Service:

Responsible for managing 3 Full-time Supervisors, 10 Part-time Supervisors and 65 Full-time hourly union Route Drivers. Successfully managed the daily operation which was responsible to process, deliver and pick-up 25,000 packages per day. I was recognized and awarded for changing the Culture in this team which exceeded numerous Organizational goals and expectations. This was done through relentless strategic planning, training and daily communication to the Goals, Expectations and Ownership to the process and methods. I implemented a weekly Recognition Program that Fostered Teamwork, Unity, Competition, Ownership and Pride. This Recognition Program was the driving force to an unstoppable team that led to a positive Culture change.
