Wrote and edited press releases on issues regularly covered by regional San Diego media. *Represented the Leader at meetings and events hosted by members of the Legislature, district constituents and stakeholder groups including the California Chamber of Commerce and Small Business Association. *Developed agenda for and participated in the weekly Republican Caucus policy and political strategy meeting in collaboration with the Caucus’ 29 members. *Managed all aspects of Leaders' legislative package including issue research and development, stakeholder negotiations, and secured support from members of the Legislature, stakeholders and the administration. Made vote recommendations for each piece of legislation before the Leader.
