Ran the Help Desk for computer and networking issues throughout the MetLife offices in Morristown. Employed excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to provide help and support on hardware and software installations and upgrades. Integrated PC’s and peripherals interfacing with various equipment manufacturers providing troubleshooting assistance as needed.
