Daily Duties at Dean Foods:
Provide on-site software support with 100% travel to end users. Supported helpdesk services 24-7 with high efficiency and 100% customer satisfaction rating •Demonstrate strong customer focus and ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization. Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel •Resolve user issues submitted via impact ticketing system, phone, email, chat or in person •Escalate unresolved customer issues and recommend documented solutions and/or alternative procedures to users •Tracked requests using IBM Impact management tool. •Contribute to the department’s knowledge base through research, projects, and documentation •Participated in training of users and new team members •Satisfactorily complete a minimum number of tickets/period based upon group standards while maintaining satisfactory customer feedback of 100% •Excellent communications skills, enjoys working in a team environment, and resolving end user issues. •Over 25 years experience in customer service and technical support. •Strong research and problem solving abilities. •Experience with VPN, IBM lotus notes, excel, word, Citrix, and MS Office.
