Administrated housing department budgets, policies and operations; supervised two department heads and ensured adherence with all policies, procedures, protocols, rules and regulations; drafted grant requests, administered grants and budgets for the Capital Fund, Drug Elimination and Public Housing Management Assessment programs; oversaw, monitored and reported on construction, maintenance and renovation project in public housing units; coordinated with the State Office of Emergency Management to assess damage and secure Disaster Relief Funds; reviewed and rendered decisions on personnel issues as the Grievance Officer; directed, managed, oversaw and monitored special projects; provided support to the Executive Director regarding general management issues and needs
