Implemented quality assurance processes and processed SAE, AE and PC Receipt Verification forms; managed and disseminated SAE, AE and PC forms to Product Safety / Pharmacovigilance division and client personnel per established procedures; entered requests for medical information into Siebel 7 database using Good Documentation Practices; fulfilled medical information requests; performed line checks and system verifications; accumulated performance data and generated management reports for review of performance; troubleshot client issues and complaints; performed inventory management and ensured supply levels were consistent for a 75+ person project team; trained new hires on the Siebel 7 database system
