Daily Duties at Pharmaceutical Product Development, Incorporated :

Provide direction and support for project staff; establish project / program objectives, define priorities, assign and complete work as well as serve as a point of contact for the team. Advise and assist the Project Analyst regarding client reporting and management strategies; develop and implement marketing and medical information projects; collect data and create metrics to gauge quality standards; analyze contact center data and present findings to the client and internal contacts; train employees and serve as a Medical Communication Specialist; provide advice as a technical expert on medical information to consumers and healthcare professionals; process, research and respond to inquiries for medical information; document program / project activities in compliance with company, FDA and client rules and regulations; identify, research and respond to adverse events and complaints; communicate verbally and in writing with internal personnel, management and customers as needed
