Provided assistance and coordinated with the physician as needed including: accommodating patients, answering phone calls, maintaining electronic medical records, obtaining insurance verification and authorization, adjusting schedule for emergency cases and patient’s appointments, as well as processing insurance claim forms and performing X-rays.
