Daily Duties at Fypon Ltd:
Increased international sales by 30% and domestic sales by 12% by being extremely effective and creative on pull through business to the distributor. Managed ISR on her day to day activities and scheduleing, and managed an independent rep in Japan. Also performed AIA classes to Architechs throughout region including two seperate large events in Japan speaking to over 250 architechs. Followed all sales from creating interest with the architech to helping specifications on the blue-prints, then educating the builder on install, then educating the dealers on all products needed for completion, then handing it to the distributor for the final order. often meeting the product at jobsite at the initial stages of project to insure proper installation practices (Cradel to Grave). Meeting with distributor heads to discuss M2O's (Mutually agreed to objectives over time) and holding them accountable for their actions. Also scheduling "ride alongs" with their sales staff.
