Daily Duties at Yongsusan Restaurant:
Working both lunch and dinner shifts. The restaurant would routinely serve 200-300 covers for lunch and usually 250 plus covers for dinner. I was a line cook, preparing hot line items. Receiving and inspecting inventory.
