This involved placing ads, training and directing 3 teams to create content, edit content and work with the publishers to finalize layout. 3) Helped purchase and organize equipment (all computer, audio visual) for new branch. 4) placing ads, training and managing instructors at new branch. This involved scheduling, determining salary and benefits and going through monthly performance evaluations. 5) Maintaining day-to-day operations of office: servicing equipment, managing staff members, consulting with clients and serving as a liaison between new branch and corporate headquarters.
