Efforts, and successful extension of national brand communication (leveraging/negotiating client media buys to attain local market media and experiential added value) lead to dedicated special market budget ($1MM) funded by the National corporate office. Increased regional communications, experiential opportunities, and on-site/online CRM strategy to consistently surpass IEG lead generation standard ROR (2%) and maximize data collection ROR.
