Daily Duties at Guilford, Inc.:
Made improvements to productivity and quality in the dyeing process. Worked closely with shift supervisors to modify SOP’s. Worked closely with R&D to develop SOP’s for new products and insure successful product launches. Coordinated technical meeting with dyeing and finishing department to drive process improvements. Researched new technologies and equipment in the dyeing process.
