Daily Duties at Alltel Communication:
Develop training modules for various communications topics, such as rate plans, cellular calling features. Facilitate training sessions and refresher courses for new hires and experienced representatives. Created and maintained a complex training schedule for five trainers in the South Region which consisted of three states Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
