Daily Duties at Intel Corporation:

Recruited to develop and transfer Intel’s new 300mm C4 electroplating technology to high volume manufacturing (HVM) for sub-65nm logic products. Successfully transferred over six processes and two dozen toolsets, meeting an on-time manufacturing schedule and ramp to HVM and Intel’s CE! methods. Brought into wafer sort/test as the project manager for the transfer of nine integrated test/sort modules, including four manufacturing sites located in the U.S.A. and Europe. Promoted to group Leader (GL) for D1C Sort Process Integration managing solutions for process issues from FEOL to Die Assembly.
