Participated in establishing financial accounting and reporting system for new company. Hired and led a staff of seven accountants in the implementation of polices and procedures, daily accounting activities, financial accounting closing and reporting, financial statements preparation, as well as Initial Public Offering Support, and 10Q and 10K reporting. Personally took on the responsibility for equity/stock accounting and reporting.
