Daily Duties at Citibank:

Organizing and ensure fraud management strategies are effective and correctly implemented, keeping up to date with ever changing improvements, making sure revisions, modifications, processes, fraud management controls are kept up to date in response to change in fraud patterns, conducting fraud awareness programs for other units and law enforcement, closely monitoring of all customers portfolio to identify any new trend. Providing guidance in areas of risk aversion, assessing risks and ensuring all information is properly reported, recommending changes based on policy changes within the business, following audit program/questionnaire and performing test work as required, being in compliance with test standards and assuring conclusions are accurate, evaluating the effectiveness of the Risk Control Self Assessment Program and providing recommendations, assessing and compiling audit findings in order to discuss with Audit Manager, delivering quality, well written papers that meet audit standards, participating in various reviews and projects requested by management Fulfilling Unit Operator’s duties, supervising & handling various units’ teams,responsible for all user assessment tests, any system enhancements or any new product, responsible for review and processing of time deposits & special saving certificates booking, responsible for review and processing of overdraft facilities, monitoring and reporting any unauthorized transactions, responsible for storing and filing of all Auto-Loans ledgers, ensure the integrity of all transactions are in line with all policies and procedures.
