Oversaw the publication of 4 external newsletters distributed to 4K+ physicians, 90K households, and 2K insurance agents. Managed a team of 3 marketing specialists and a departmental budget of $1.5M annually. Spearheaded market research activities, including brand awareness studies and focus groups. Responsible for public affairs and community relations.
