Procure and manage the successful use of necessary materials, supplies and tools for projects. Supervise and schedule construction duties for personnel and subcontractors. Resolve various project issues in a timely fashion. Process and estimate change orders. Ensure project documents are complete and current. Develop strong, lasting relationships, with clients which promote client growth. Ensure project completion within scheduled end dates. Ensure project close outs in a professional and timely fashion.
