Quickly promoted to drive greater operational efficiency by directing the planning and execution of all on-site construction and administration activities for projects valued at up to $12M. Ensured seamless delivery of each phase of the project lifecycle, including concept design, planning, scheduling, budget plans, shop drawings/submittals, subcontractor management, progress reports, cost controls, and final completion. Established strong strategic relationships with stakeholders from all aspects of the project including architects, engineers, owner, and consultants to facilitate completion on time, within budget, and according to all owner specifications. Laid a foundation of high performance for up to 34 direct reports and subcontractors on every job. Drove strong financial performance through preparation of numerous project cost reports as well as meticulous review of owner/subcontractor change orders and owner pay applications.
