Manage restaurant servers and bartenders; schedule shifts; verify sales; maintained proper alcohol inventory; promoted Liquid Lounge events with local radio broadcasts; Willing to step in to fill roles at other positions; volunteered to work Christmas Day; Working in a high-volume lounge/bar, I had to help argumentative/disruptive patrons de-escalate their emotions and behaviors on multiple occasions.
