Daily Duties at Ericsson:

Led a mobile Internet O&M / Transport Network Optimization consulting team in service development and delivery. Developed Transport / Network Optimization service modules and packages. Acquired new business sales leads, prepared responses to RFPs, and refined deliverables and customized business solutions. Advanced professional services opportunities through SoW development, value propositions, and cost estimates. Supported the national account and emerging account sales teams by assisting customers with the data capture requirements for next generation IP, ATM, and mobile networks. Directed departmental engineering efforts during customer migrations from TDMA to GSM / GPRS-based and 3G trial networks. Provided third-level technical support on network solutions and synchronization issues during implementation and integration of 3G UMTS / WCDMA networks. Led product demonstration teams, consisting of engineers and marketing personnel, at telecommunications trade shows.
