Daily Duties at Essilor Gentex Optics:
Guide teams through the process of developing and executing project plans. Lead team meetings to coordinate team efforts. Present and distribute to the executive team, plant manager and supervisors the justification, initial plans and monthly status reports for the projects. Lead the automation team to develop detailed RFQ packages for distribution to candidate vendors. Coordinate communications with candidate and final vendors. Lead and support the team through factory (FAT) and site acceptance (SAT) planning and testing through qualification.
