Daily Duties at Self Employeed:
Consulted and coached small to mid-size mortgage broker firms on creating viable and compliant business models for wholesale lending. Created custom outlines for establishing wholesale operations, developed policies and procedures and quality control measures to ensure sale-ability of loans. Provided contract services in operations management, wholesale lending, mortgage loan processing, and customized training. Training covered all phases of loan development and delivery from origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing review, shipping, and quality control.
