Led a cross-functional team of 24 medical clinic managers charged with evaluating every aspect of the organization for the purpose of identifying quality control and cost reduction opportunities. As a result, implemented in a 6-month period a wide-array of implementation measures, which proved instrumental in the healthcare entity achieving $500,000 in total cost reductions. Streamlined policies and business practices for patient referrals, consumer-driven services, billing cycles and extensive procedures including staff hiring/training, and established a succession planning environment for rendering enhanced customer and employee experiences. Developed and managed comprehensive hospital quality assurance/quality improvement programs, physician and numerous patient care protocols, which proved instrumental in achieving exceptional performance scores, organizational accountability, and greater effectiveness of direct care providers.
