Daily Duties at Tylock Eye Care & Laser Center:
Prepared and reviewed daily patient work-up and refraction to assess for Cataract or Lasik Surgery. Assist the doctor with Cataract and Lasik Surgery which help to increase sales to $2.5 million in 2009. Implemented a training program to teach the other technicians about new technology implemented by the doctor. Implemented participative management style to help promote and give individuals a say in the organization. Received several promotions from the practice for implementing several training and effective communication programs as well for increasing profits. Supervised a team of 10 technicians on new strategies to increase productivity and compliance
