Daily Duties at Housing Tech, Llc:
Development and Construction responsibilities for all projects built by our company. I was responsible for all construction operations, locating and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, writing contracts, insuring payments to subs and suppliers, processing construction draws, relations with all of our clients, safety officer, and insuring jobs were staffed properly and run efficiently.
