Designed HR function and developed policies and practices aligned with business objectives for a high-growth start-up organization. Responsible for all areas of HR including training, recruitment and selection, policy development, vendor/system RFP and selection process, budgeting, employee relations, diversity, HR/workforce planning, compensation, benefits and payroll. Hired, trained and mentored team of HR and administrative professionals.
