Daily Duties at Finance Business Operations:
Provided leadership, development and training for 10 Business Operation Analysts. Monthly submittal for Cost Performance Report, Contract Fund Status Report, and Contract Cost Data Report and EACs. Maintained the Undistributed Budget, the Management Reserve, the Contract Budget Base logs, the Budget Change Report and Budget Change Request. Prepared and issued cost and schedule Budget Memorandums for the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Trained CAMs and Integrated Product Teams in Earned Value Management. As a result, Integrated Baseline review with the Army Customer and the Defense Contractor Audit Agency was successful.
