Daily Duties at Well Point:
HR General Manager and business partner leader for high-growth, geographically-dispersed consumer business units with multiple product lines in a highly matrixed company. Provide coaching to senior executives and develop solutions to critical organizational issues such as key talent acquisition, workforce planning, leader development, employee engagement, compensation, succession planning. Lead teams responsible for complex organizational restructuring and executing company-wide projects during mergers, unprecedented growth and in turnaround situations
