Responsible for properties in South Florida, Caribbean, Central and South America • Working under ISO 9002 • Managing over 3,000,000 sqft in multiple international locations • High & low rise and Flex Space (Industrial) buildings • Start up sites in Mexico, Guatemala and Panama • Property procurement and development • 15 Direct and 20 Indirect reports/ Direct Report to Director Real Estate Nortel Networks
