Daily Duties at Total Community Options:

Chief HR executive for a growing provider of healthcare and related services to the senior market. Counsel to senior leaders on vital workforce initiatives and implications. Lead all functional areas of HR including: talent acquisition and management, employee relations, HRIS, total rewards, diversity, employee communications and services. Integrating and standardizing HR offerings and service delivery across a family of 7 highly-regulated companies to shift the culture and maximize organizational performance during change and merger and acquisition activity.
