Daily Duties at Gene Logic/Ocimum Biosolutions:
Responsible for the operation and execution of the microarray and genomic services as well as lead the R & D to support and develop new procedures and technologies. I prioritized work and managed a staff of 40 to maximize work flow and productivity.I also assured that all aspects of the facility operations were conducted in accordance FDA, EPA, USDA, DEA, OSHA and all other applicable federal and local agencies and regulations.
