Directed category managers through the complex process of repositioning their product categories and associated pricing strategies, managing project timelines and deliverables throughout the supply chain. Key member of the team that transitioned Ahold’s dairy pricing strategy from a high/low format to a value-pricing format. Coordinated activities between Nielsen, the Mercer Consulting Team and the Stop & Shop business teams during the repositioning of private label and national label brands.
