Daily Duties at Qwest Communications:

•Assemble Capital and Expense budgets and tracked results for Minnesota / North Dakota area. Performed variance analysis •Interpret regional procedural and accounting guidelines and present significant changes to managers and clerical support. •Participate as Real Estate Representative in the development of the Regional Authorizations procedure. •Led the development of a regional procedure for Real Estate purchase and sales •Supervise administrative/support employees •Assist local real estate project engineers in practical application of accounting guidelines and regulations.
