Experienced Executive administrative assistant to the Citibusiness Commercial Markets Central region as well as 6 Regional Manager and over 60 relationship managers. Complied MIS reports and sales reports for all staff members, excel monthly sales reports, expense reports, hr paperwork, coordinated weekly sales conference calls, coordinated all dept. events, ap and ar for dept., ordered office supplies and company literature for staff, keycard management, and training of temporary secretarial staff when needed.
