Daily Duties at Zales Jewelers:

Selling and marketing fine jewelry. Customer service with repairs, layaways, and returns. Responsible for store start up and closing store includes but not limited to: calling in numbers to district manager, counting jewelry, clean cases, organizing stores backstock. Merchandising jewelry and choosing merchandise price reduction. Interviewing potential floor sales representatives. Poviding leadership and management to the sales team. Trained new employees on company policy, selling, and product knowledge.
