Daily Duties at Iap World Services, Inc:
Perform full-cycle recruiting. Recruit for positions that include, but are not limited to: Clerical, IT, Engineers, and Program Managers. Develop a pool of qualified candidates for first level evaluation. Perform reference and background checks. Correspond with job applicants to notify them of employment consideration. Present selected candidates with offer letters of employment. Conduct orientation and prepare new hire paperwork. Maintain applicant files that comply with company and regulatory requirements. Work phase-in efforts for new contracts (this entails high volume interviewing, hiring, and in-processing personnel in a short period of time). Assist multiple projects with recruiting, including international recruiting. Source resumes for key personnel to recommend for upcoming proposals.
