Managed all aspects of human resources and training for the department store; ensured the store had enough qualified employees to handle work in all areas every shift, continually assessed employee and overall store/revenue performance to determine where improvements were needed, and developed training programs to increase employee proficiency as well as the store’s bottom line. Served as a public representative/speaker at various engagements on behalf of the company.
