Daily Duties at Us Army/7th Army Germany:

First Active Guard Reserve (AGR) officer assigned to G1, US Army Europe. Staff appointed human resources subject matter expert with knowledge on laws and policies, planning, and integration of US Army Reserve (USAR) personnel in support of USAREUR contingency mission, Operation Enduring Freedom. Served as the DCSPER liaison to the U.S. European Command. Managed staff coordination to provide input for joint level programs to include the Joint Monthly Readiness Review (JMRR), Joint War Fighting Capability Assessment, and the Joint Requirement Oversight Council (JROC).
