Daily Duties at Us Army/3rd Army:
Served as the Reserve Component Officer of the Coalition Forces Land Component Command (CFLCC), deployed in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF). Advised senior leadership on allocation and utilization of Army Reserve personnel. Developed short-, mid-, and long-range plans for Army Reserve personnel integration and fill during contingency and combat operations and training exercises. Oversaw processing of all Reserve component administration support functions. Personnel Battle Captain within CFLCC Command Operation and Intelligence Center, responsible for maintaining constant situational awareness of ongoing operations that affected the personnel readiness.
