Daily Duties at Inn At The Opera:
Work the Front Desk, answer to all guests concerns. PBX operator. Multi-task at all times on a busy pace environment. Check guests-in and out of the hotel. Made hotel postings to guests accounts such as parking, breakfast charges, tips etc. Made any billing adjustments when needed. Made hotel reservations while attending the Front Desk. Did concierge work. Assign all rooms to all guests arriving that day.
