Daily Duties at Qwest Communications:
•Prepare Network capital budget for several geographic areas •Perform capital project variance analysis for assigned divisions and geographic areas. Present findings to operations director and manager teams. •Work with state engineering and construction teams to determine problem areas and corrective spending measures •Prepare Capital spending forecasts for weekly review with state directors. •Track expenditures for special programs and coordinate funding transfers with other organizations. •Review capital job authorizations for compliance with approval guidelines and funding availability
